Limpet pendant with raffia frame and fabric and yarn cordage.

A beautiful limpet, collected form the Orkney shoreline and cocooned with a sunshine yellow raffia frame.
I hand-dyed the raffia with gorse, gathered locally on the East Coast of Scotland. The cordage for the pendant has been made with muslin scraps and yarn ends and has a yarn bound clasp.
