I have found so much contentment from working in my garden - restfulness when life feels stressful, joy when my mind has been full of worry. It has helped me turn around the tricky situations that we all come across sometimes as we journey through life, and reminded me of all that I have and cherish. It continues to connect me to the seasons and nature's own rhythms, helping me to find my own.
