A pre-recorded course, so that you can work at your own pace. It is suitable for complete beginners, those who have completed my Cocooning Sea Treasures Course and want to take it further and those who have tried some coil basketry before, but would like some guidance and support to go beyond the basic basket.
There are so many possibilities when you are working with coil basketry. I can’t ever imagine getting bored or feeling restricted by it and that’s what I want to share with you, in this course!
I will teach you the basic skills to get you started and then show you how to develop these skills, by combining sculptural techniques and pattern-work.
At the end of each project I will show you how you might develop what you have learned, so that you can use your creativity to make something that is uniquely yours.
