I released my first online course in March 2025, so that I could share with everyone, how to make tiny baskets around sea treasures. It has been so lovely to hear the stories and see the photos from my students, as they have followed along and started their own journeys with coil basketry.
You can now learn more skills and start to develop your own ideas, with An Introduction to Creative Coil Basketry.
Both courses are suitable for beginners and those who have made basic coil baskets before, but would like more confidence to try out new ideas and new skills. The lessons are pre-recorded, so you can follow along at your own pace.

I am a self-taught basket maker I work with soft fibres, exploring and developing coil basketry, twining and plaiting. I have always been a passionate maker with a particular interest in fibre arts and often combine stitch and natural dyes with my basketry.
